Joanne Wilder joined DGC Contracting in 2012 and serves as the company’s Human Resources Manager. With more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, she oversees the HR department and its day-to-day operations, with a focus on talent management, compliance, best practices, training and development, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining DGC, Joanne held human resources leadership roles at mid- to large-sized organizations across the publishing, communications, and advertising industries, where she developed extensive experience in managing diverse and dynamic workforces.

Joanne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fordham University. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
