Joanne joined DGC in 2012 and serves as Human Resources Manager. With over 25 years of HR experience in leadership roles, Joanne manages the team and directs routine functions of the HR department focusing on talent management, compliance, best practices, training and development and employee engagement. Prior to joining DGC, Joanne managed the Human Resources function at mid to large-size companies in industries including publishing, communications and advertising.
Joanne is a graduate of Fordham University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
