Steve Lezon brings 40 years of construction experience throughout the New York Tri-State area. His diverse portfolio includes retail developments, country clubs, sports clubs, supermarkets, entertainment venues, and commercial facilities. His expertise spans core and shell construction, ground-up developments, additions, renovations, and interior fit-outs.

Throughout his career, Steve has partnered with real estate owners and executive leadership teams to develop and implement both short- and long-term capital improvement programs. He works closely with architects and engineers to define project scopes for retail developments and renovations, ensuring alignment between design intent, budget objectives, and project execution. He is also highly skilled in value engineering, identifying opportunities to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.

With a strong focus on project engineering and construction management, Steve oversees all phases of project delivery, including planning, phasing, staging, site logistics, scheduling, budget management, safety compliance, and plan implementation.

In his leadership role at DGC, Steve provides strategic guidance and support to the project management team, helping ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design documents and client expectations.

Having worked on both the client-side and general contracting sides of the industry, Steve brings a comprehensive perspective to budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, logistics, client relations, and project closeout, enabling him to effectively navigate the challenges of complex construction projects.
