Steve Lezon
Director of Construction

Steve Lezon has over thirty years of construction experience in the New York Tri-state area including projects such as retail, country clubs, sport clubs, supermarkets, entertainment facilities and commercial buildings/spaces. Steve’s work has included core & shell, additions, renovations, ground up and fit-out work. Steve has proven ability to work effectively with Real Estate and Executive Management to develop short and long range capital project programs and with architects and engineers to develop scope of work for retail builds and renovations. Steve has experience in performing project engineering to help keep down costs, proven ability to manage all construction activities, following project plan that includes phasing, staging and site logistics, and maintaining budgets and schedules.

Steve offers leadership and support to all of DGC’s project management staff to ensure that projects are completed within budget, schedule and in accordance with design documents.

From having worked on both the client (retail) and the general contracting sides of the business, Steve has proven strengths to understand the full scope of budgeting,
scheduling, logistics, client relationships and the closeout process.
